5. Engagements with clients

These Terms cover use of the Site itself. Any paid engagement for Innovister's services (branding, AI visibility, advertising, website builds, or any other system referenced on the Site) will be governed by a separate, mutually signed statement of work or services agreement, which will set out scope, pricing, timelines, and each party's obligations in detail.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Innovister or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

7. Third-party services

The Site uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam and abuse. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services linked from or integrated into the Site.
